Go to the YouTube video you want to watch in Safari (that one’s key, as this particular feature is part of Safari).
Right-click the video.
Right-click again.
Click Enter Picture-in-Picture.

No Mac I have ever owned has a right button. There is only one button (or the trackpad). Holding control and clicking works as a 'right click'.
You can also go to [System settings > Trackpad] and enable 'Secondary click'. That will let you open the context menu (or any right-click action) with two fingers on the pad.
